My work explores the architecture of colour—how geometric forms interact, vibrate, and create optical depth through precise relationships of tone and hue.

I'm fascinated by how colour behaves: the way a single tone shifts depending on what surrounds it, how gradations create the illusion of light moving across a surface, and how repeated geometric elements can generate rhythm and visual energy.

The paper-inlay technique allows me to build these colour relationships with unusual precision. Each hand-cut shape is selected for its exact tonal quality, creating compositions that seem to shimmer and shift as you move around them.

Some pieces are pure geometric studies. Others incorporate playful figurative elements—like the Dalmatian series—where geometry meets narrative. But all share the same obsession: exploring how colour and form create luminosity and emotional resonance.
